Sarita Harbour lives in Yellowknife, NWT with her husband and two youngest of seven children. Living in such an extreme climate has been instructional for Sarita and her family, especially given their off-grid lifestyle. It was a big change for Sarita and her husband, both from southern Ontario and more used to city life. We chat with Sarita about what prompted the transition, what values her kids are learning growing up in the arctic, and Sarita shares her take on the ins and outs of ice roads.
